Kirk Mann - May Featured Member



Kirk Mann grew up in Hodgson, Manitoba and graduated from Fisher Branch Collegiate in 2000. That summer, he was accepted in to Business Administration Integrated at Red River College. After receiving his diploma, with a major in E-Commerce, Kirk began to develop his web design and graphic skills.

Kirk landed various jobs as an IT in Winnipeg, MB. An internship at Aboriginal Peoples Television Network, as a web administrator, allowed Kirk to be creative in his work and provided the freedom he wanted. He has worked for places such as the Aboriginal Leadership Institute, ACI Manitoba, Phil Fontaine Campaign, Film Training Manitoba, Red River College, and various small aboriginal organizations in Manitoba.

In 2005, Kirk opened his business, Status Solutions, providing web design, graphics, and photography to his clients. Some clients of Status Solutions include SAY Magazine, ACI Manitoba, Urban Shaman Gallery, Peguis First Nation, Isaac Consulting, and Walk a Mile in my Moccasins. With the freedom of creativity and direction in his work, Kirk continues living his dream as an entrepreneur.
