Live Performing Arts

The Live Performing Arts are a Multidimensional Liberal Art form wherein a solo artist (performer) or group of performers express an idea before a live audience.

Multidimensional: Having many different elements that exist simultaneously.

Liberal Art: A Humanistic discipline and group of studies that include the arts, humanities, language and literature beginning with and including conception, observation, practice and study, of an intellectual skill as opposed to a scientific skill.

The Live Performing Arts are vital to Manitoba in being a highly cultural province supported by a population of enthusiastic advocates of the arts.
