Careers for Youth Mission
The Careers in the Arts Mentorship Program provides opportunities for youth to be mentored by a representative of an arts-related career through individual meetings with the mentor, volunteer work experience and participation in career development workshops.
The mentorship program builds on ACI Manitoba’s role in promoting careers in the arts along with the Grow Creatively website. www.growcreatively.ca profiles 140 jobs in Manitoba’s Arts and Cultural Industries. The site is a great resource for anyone considering a career in the arts by outlining the scope of opportunities that exist in Manitoba’s vibrant arts community and providing the resources to develop an educational and career path.
