Spiritual Care Musician

Deer Lodge Centre

Deer Lodge Centre is committed to continuing its outstanding tradition as a leader in long-term care and rehabilitation. We invest our spirit, talent and skill to make the lives of others better.

With support from the Spiritual Care Worker, the Spiritual Care Musician should: report to Worship Centre the at scheduled time, play appropriate music prior, during and after worship, and encourage singing if appropriate.

Must be able to play piano or other musical instrument. (An option would be to lead by voice.) Must be familiar with hymns and music appropriate to worship, able to relate to adults with special needs, reliable, and prepared to commit on a regular basis for 1-2 hours, as scheduled (Thurs. or Sun. morning).
