Nathalie’s first company, Global’Ease, offers consulting and training services for international business development: management, mobility, customer service and professional communication. She has personally welcomed more than 10 000 managers from 90 countries to her workshops. 


After twenty years in Europe, Nathalie returned to Winnipeg with her family. She credits the local arts community with inspiring her to push back boundaries and explore creative crossovers. Her collaboration with artists has led to a mutually beneficial relationship: she shares her business experience with artists and they dare her to bring more creativity into her professional practice.

A member of the Manitoba Writers Guild, ACI and PWAC, Nathalie now focuses her time on writing, course development, mentoring new trainers and working with artists. She launched ArtsGrove in 2009 to focus on business and financial growth for self-employed artists.

ArtsGrove offers workshops through ACI Manitoba to encourage artists and arts groups to:

• Think out of the box by challenging assumptions about business, financial success and their own role as business people
• Reach out of the circle by expanding their commercial scope to new markets
