Adam Herstein and Karen Poetker from Pitblado Law will be presenting a primer on how to set up a mutually beneficial client agreement so that everyone involved understands their roles and responsibilities in making the project happen. They will talk about key points, including clearly setting out payment requirements and what happens if someone needs to 'get out'. Join us as they explain the litigation process and all it entails. You will also learn how to work with your agreement 'in the system,' just in case things don't go as well as you expect.
