Student Services and Accounts Coordinator

Position Summary

The Student Services and Accounts Coordinator provides cheerful and professional direct service to students, faculty, visitors and staff as well as performing all functions related to student accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reception and student service
  • Registration and payment processing
  • Faculty and student liaison services
  • Set up and facility maintenance
  • Administrative duties as assigned
  • Fundraising support

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to communicate in an intelligent, respectful, articulate and professional manner
  • Knowledge and understanding of the culture of music education and ties to the music community in Winnipeg and Manitoba
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Filemaker Pro an asset
  • Above average organizational skills
  • Experience with cash handling and recording
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multi task
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new environments and challenges
  • Ability to work independently
  • Background in music an asset

Salary Range

  • $13.00 - $15.05/hour

Hours of Work

  • 0.6 EFT – 24 hours/week
  • Monday – Thursday 10 am – 5 pm
