21st Century Coaching – A Powerful Technique for Leaders

March 21, 2017, March 22, 2017

Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Location: United Way Learning Centre – 580 Main Street, Winnipeg
Cost: $275 Non-Profit Sector, $450 Government/Private Sector

Looking for a new resource to add to your leadership repertoire? A ‘questioning’ methodology and perspective can work well with high performers as well as staff needing assistance.

Coach skills have been introduced to leaders across a wide range of sectors since the 1990’s. Many have chosen to adopt a coach-approach as their overall leadership style to maximize the potential of their staff. Coaching is separate from mentoring, consulting and training. The coach becomes a ‘thinking partner’ helping the coachee to create a vision of the ideal future state; challenge limiting beliefs and assumptions while identifying strengths and blind spots; create and determine viable options while holding the coachee accountable for action.

This two-day program allows you to experience the power and process of coaching; you will practice the accompanying skills and identify and examine beliefs that successful coaches employ.
